Wiltshire Against Genocide

Wiltshire Against Genocide is a campaign to persude Wiltshire Pension Fund to divest from companies which are involved in the genocide in Palestine.

We have, with the assistance of the American Friends Service Committee, the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, and Wiltshire Pension Fund's own pages compiled a Top 10 of companies involved in the genocide directly by supporting the Israeli regime or supplying arms to it. These are priorty targets.

The Top 10 Companies Wiltshire is Invested in Who are involved in the Palestinian Genocide

Wiltshire Pension Fund invests across the world in a huge number of assets which includes companies directly involved in Israel's genocide in Palestine. Presently Gaza is under siege with humanitarian aid prevented from entering and hundreds are being murdered daily. Israel is under investigation by the International Court of Justice for the crime of genocide. It’s prime minister and former defence minister have arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court. While 60,000 are known to have been killed including more than 20,000 children, more recent estimates suggest that 377,000 people have been killed in the last 20 months, many of them under rubble or unidentifiable. This would be half the population of Wiltshire and Swindon combined. It’s a horrific situation which has to stop, and you can play a part by asking Wiltshire Pension Fund to divest from companies and countries which are complicit.

A second document compiles those companies invovled in the provision of key resources including artificial intelligence, heavy machinery or crucial services to the Israeli Occupation Forces.

Further Wiltshire Investment in companies involved in the Genocide

Wiltshire Pension Fund is aware of the situation. The fund has previously divested from fossil fuel stocks in its attempt to stop funding climate change. They are due to discuss arms companies within a year. However in a year everyone in Gaza could be dead or ethnically cleansed.

Divesting will not stop the genocide. But it will show that when asked to lift a finger Wiltshire was able to lift a finger to stop it.

If you beleive Wiltshire Pension Fund should divest from these stocks please write to them, and their pooled investment provider, Brunel Pension Partnership
